Tucked above Jalan Telawi in Bangsar Village II, our studio was designed around one idea: precision work needs a settled room. Six treatment beds, warm light, and artists who each completed a two-year internal apprenticeship before ever touching a paying client's lashes.
We keep our books deliberately light. Your artist has time to study your natural lash line, talk through the look you actually want, and place each fibre without watching the clock.

Questions we answer every day
How long does a full set of lash extensions take?
A classic full set takes around 90 minutes, hybrid sets about two hours, and Russian volume up to two and a half hours. We never rush the mapping stage, because that is where the shape of your final look is decided.
How long will my extensions last?
With sensible aftercare most clients keep a full-looking set for three to four weeks. We recommend an infill every two to three weeks to keep the line dense — our aftercare guide covers the details.
Is the treatment safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes. We use low-fume adhesives and offer a complimentary patch test 48 hours before your first appointment if you have a history of sensitivity. Your eyes stay closed and sealed under gel pads throughout.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Mascara residue shortens retention, and removing it in the studio takes time away from your treatment.
Do you take walk-ins?
Our artists work by appointment so every client gets unhurried attention. Same-day slots do open up, so it is always worth calling +60 3-2856 7410 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between a lash lift and extensions?
A lash lift curls and tints your own natural lashes and lasts six to eight weeks with no infills. Extensions add length and volume by attaching individual fibres to each natural lash. We compare both honestly in this guide.
How should I prepare for brow lamination?
Come with bare brows and avoid retinol or exfoliating acids around the brow area for three days beforehand. The treatment itself takes about 45 minutes.
