These terms govern appointments at, and use of the website of, BakerPlus Beauty Studio Sdn Bhd (Company Reg. No. 202401021547 (1367209-K)), Lot 2-16, Level 2, Bangsar Village II, 2 Jalan Telawi 1, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Booking an appointment means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
1. Bookings and confirmation
A request sent through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp becomes a confirmed appointment only once we have replied to confirm the date and time. For volume sets and first-time appointments over RM300 we may ask for a RM50 deposit, which is deducted from your treatment price on the day.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens — we only ask for notice. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your slot and any deposit is refunded or carried forward in full. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit; where no deposit was taken, we reserve the right to request one for future bookings. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean your treatment is shortened or rebooked, as the artist's next client cannot be delayed.
3. Patch tests and health disclosure
Adhesives, tints and lifting lotions involve cosmetic chemistry. If you have a history of eye or skin sensitivity, are pregnant, or are undergoing treatment that affects skin or hair, tell us when booking. Patch tests are free and must be done at least 48 hours before the treatment concerned. We may decline or adapt a treatment where we judge it unsafe — this is a professional obligation, not a discourtesy.
4. Age policy
Lash extension, lash lift and brow lamination clients must be 18 or older, or 16–17 with a parent or guardian present at the first appointment and written consent on file.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve months from purchase, redeemable against any treatment or package, and their balance carries over between visits. Cards are registered by recipient name and are replaceable if lost, but cannot be exchanged for cash. Refund conditions are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Results and aftercare
Retention and treatment lifespan figures on this site are typical outcomes, not guarantees; individual results vary with lash cycle, skin chemistry and aftercare. Following the aftercare guidance we provide is a condition of our satisfaction commitment described in the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Liability
We carry professional treatment liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected to a treatment is limited to the price paid for that treatment. We are not responsible for reactions arising from conditions or products you did not disclose when asked.
